Thirsty: Lives Changed: 750
|
80% of deaths in Rwanda are caused by the unclean water that they are forced to
drink. In our first quarter, 750 people from Rwanda were given clean water for life
and no longer have to worry about their next drink being one that will kill them.

Walk: Lives Changed: 300
|
Children with Club Foot in Central America are often said to be cursed and left
for dead by their families. If left untreated by the time they are three years old,
the children will never walk and will become social outcasts and street beggars.
Through TWO-FIVE Cloth, hundreds of children received the casting to heal them of
Club Foot and lead a normal life! We thank the doctors and nurses who give their
time and talent to heal these children.

Ike Relief: Lives Changed: 350
|
Hurricane Ike left many families devastated and without hope. Their communities,
homes, possessions and lives were destroyed without warning. TWO-FIVE and its customers
were able to give food, clothes, building supplies and toiletries to 350 victims.
Comfort and hope were given to these individuals as they began to piece their lives
back together.

Liberia, Africa: 250
|
When we picture children, we see them energetic and full of life. But, this is not
the case for many children in Liberia, Africa. Many do not even have the energy
to stand because they have not had food for weeks. Every TWO-FIVE purchase during
the HUNGRY quarter gave a starving child his daily meals for 2 weeks! We thank Feed
the Hungry for their efforts to solve the epidemic of hunger in our world.

India, Chicken: 250
|
Survival is not something that most of us struggle with on a regular basis. But,
for many families in India, it is something they are confronted with every day.
They consistently wonder if their families will have food for the coming days. For
these people, roosters and chickens are a viable source of food and income. During
the Chicken Quarter, each TWO-FIVE TEE helped buy a chicken for one of these families.
We would like to say thank you to Gospel for India for their dedication to bringing
food and the gospel to the hurting people of India.
